Yes, war once again visits us Unistas, like some demented Santa knockoff who runs around about once a month and delivers us beatings and podkills. Which is kind of a fucked up analogy if you really think about it, but whatever.

This time it's Ice Fire Warriors [IFW] and Blacksite Prophecy [BSP]. Both are Minmatar Faction Warfare corps, meaning this has actually been a fairly interesting (if not completely awesome) war. It's a nice change of pace to get enemies who will actually bring a fight instead of just running and hiding like a bunch of scared newbies. These guys are actually kinda fun to fight with, not to mention that the majority of them aren't trash-talking asshats (though at least a few of them are, and those folks deserve a slap on the head by their CO).

A few things are kinda funky about this one though. For one, I think we've podded more of these guys than all of our podkills added up over the years. Either they don't have a podsaver or they just don't give a damn about losing clones. The other weird thing here is that I don't think I've seen any of these guys in a non-faction ship this entire war. I can understand why you'd use them, but damn, ISK loss has to HURT on all of those Navy Stabbers. This war was pretty damn fun though up until 3 days ago, when we got slapped by their BS gang. Six BSes isn't shit compared to a well-fit Uni blob, but six BSes that are getting out-of-corp rep from TEN GUYS is. I'm also fairly certain that these guys have more OOC alts than they do corp members. Very frustrating. Plus, now one of the two corps is doing nothing but running from us. :/

Okay, enough about wars so frustrating it makes me wanna throw my keyboard.

CCP's got another small things patch coming out, doing nifty shit like letting you see portraits in trade windows, removing bookmarks from the right-click dropdown, and stripping ships without being in them. There's a bunch of other nice changes, but I can't find the link to save my life.
